last night ry and i went for a walk to watch the special lights from the burrard bridge.
if you happen to be in the downtown vancouver area (or can see it from the north shore or westside) i highly recommend you check them out. it sounded kinda dumb at first, but when i saw them, it made me a little more excited for the giant event taking over vancouver... (and i don't mean oktoberfest.)
we tried to be artsy but the lights moved before the picture was finalized.

My brother is heading out from Winnipeg with his girlfriend right in the middle of the HUGE EVENT (it just so happens to be her reading break), so we're hoping to do the Zip Treking in Robson Square.
